The floods that ensued destroyed billions worth of crops and properties that would take a few years to fully recover.

Together with Filipino Tiger visionaries like him, both here in the country and in other parts of the world, they are seriously planning to implement actual projects. They collaborate to put up companies that will engage in various export related activities. They will attract foreign investors and negotiate possible joint ventures to infuse the needed capital and hasten technology transfer.
